This Indian news clip, in English, states farmers are using Coke and Pepsi as a cost effective pesticide. Pesticides cost $20 to $30 while spraying their fields with Coke and Pepsi costs only $6. The centre for Science and Environment found pesticide residue in Coke 2,400% above agreed limits.
