Protesters can be Jailed for Nothing and are a Potential Terrorist Gang in Ireland *

In Ireland the Criminal Justice Act 2009 could be used against protesters. The Irish Independent revealed the Gardai (police) are claiming protesters could be potential terrorists.
By looking at the Criminal Justice Act 2009 in detail you will see exactly why the Gardai are making such grandiose claims.

“New laws psychopaths would be proud of
“This new bill in Ireland is something the “highest” psychopath would be proud of. It redefines what a gang is and makes helping someone in a “gang” in any way a crime you can be imprisoned for. Articles of this law are shown below. By redefining important words it states a criminal gang is a group of 3 or more people who might carry out an activity and you can be imprisoned for an offence that is not an offence, even if the group don’t commit that activity. Would you call being imprisoned for not committing an offence psychopathic? Like a good psychopathic piece of legislation it says “any activity (whether constituting an offence or not)”.
“RTE [states]: ‘Those who help criminal gangs also face up to 15 years in prison even if the gang never get to commit the crime they were helped with. Minister Ahern said the legislation will be rushed through the Dáil. He hopes it will be on the statute books by Friday week.’
“Individuals deemed by the court to have given ‘guidance’ ‘at any level’ to a group planning ‘activities’ face ‘life or a lesser term of imprisonment.’ Those activities are defined as: ‘activities that do not constitute an offence or offences.’
“No Jury would allow such a thing, right? That has been taken care of too. Irish Times: ‘Organised crime offences will be ’scheduled offences,, bringing them within the ambit of the Offences Against the State Act so that they will be tried in the non-jury Special Criminal Court.’
“Political groups like Shell to Sea in Mayo and others can be deemed a criminal-gang under these laws and people helping one of their individuals ‘at any level’ with a non-offence can be charged under these laws. Justice for the 1st century or the 21st century?
“The Bill’s text from the legislator’s website:
‘3.—(1) Section 70(1) of the Act of 2006 is amended—
‘(a) by substituting the following for the definition of “criminal organisation”:
‘ ‘criminal organisation’ means a structured group, however organised, that has as its main purpose or activity the commission or facilitation of a serious offence;”, and
‘(b) by substituting the following for the definition of “structured group”:
‘ ‘structured group’ means a group of 3 or more persons, which is not randomly formed for the immediate commission of a single offence, and the involvement in which by 2 or more of those persons is with a view to their acting in concert in relation to the commission of an offence; for the avoidance of doubt, a structured group may exist notwithstanding the absence of all or any of the following:
‘(a) formal rules or formal membership, or any formal roles for those involved in the group;
‘(b) any hierarchical or leadership structure;
‘(c) continuity of involvement by persons in the group.”.
‘5.—The Act of 2006 is amended by inserting the following section71A.—(1) In this section—
‘5 (a) ‘directs’, in relation to activities, means—
‘(i) controls or supervises the activities,
‘(ii) gives an order, instruction or guidance, or makes a request, with respect to the carrying on of the activities;
‘(b) references to activities include references to—
‘(i) activities carried on outside the State, and
‘(ii) activities that do not constitute an offence or offences.
‘(2) A person who directs, at any level of the organisation’s structure, the activities of a criminal organisation is guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for life or a lesser term of imprisonment.’
It is important to note before looking at the Irish Independent article, in which Gardai claim terrorist groups are recruiting protesters, that protesters working together can also be classed as organised criminal gangs under the 2009 legal definitions. A good law for a criminal government. In an interview with Deputy General Secretary of the Garda Representative Association, Mr. John Healy said the government has “sat around while our banks have been raided by private individuals for their personal profit”. He continued to say, “in any other country that would be illegal”. Ireland has a criminal government and the Garda can not arrest them, new laws protect them from an aware public and the Garda are told to follow their orders.
Irish Independent – Nov 15 2010:
“Gardai fear terror groups will recruit economic protesters
“DISSIDENT republican terror gangs are planning to exploit street protests against tough economic cutbacks to boost their ranks with disaffected youngsters, gardai fear.
“Officers will step up their surveillance on demonstrations , to determine whether the protesters are being infiltrated by dissident activists.
“Anti-terrorist officers see the new wave of protests, particularly any that happen after the Budget , as a potential breeding ground for dissident recruitment.
“The emergence of new ‘faces’ in a terror group is always a source of concern to gardai.
“These are people who have not previously appeared on the security radar and have no known ‘form’ in subversive circles.
“Several new ‘faces’ have been brought into the garda net this year as they increase the number of arrests of suspects, indicating that the dissidents remain active recruitment agents.
“The combined strength of the three main dissident outfits — Oglaigh na hEireann, the Real IRA and the Continuity IRA — is estimated to be about 150.
“Numbers have increased in the past couple of years but the recruitment campaign has not been as successful as terrorist leaders had hoped.
“In contrast, their campaign in Northern Ireland has attracted a regular flow of recruits and the strength is now estimated to number between 350 and 450 people.
“Left-wing republican protest group Eirigi has managed to carve a niche for itself among the protesters and its members have been highly active in the Shell to Sea demonstrations in north Mayo and at the recent student protests on the streets of Dublin.”
In other words the Gardai will link protesters to terrorists in their and the public’s eye. They will massively increase the surveillance of everyone at a protest to see if they can link them in any shape or form to terrorist/criminal activities which now have new definitions.If anyone protests after what is called the most draconian budget in Ireland’s history this December they are not at a protest but are in-fact at a recruitment centre for terrorists.
The Irish Independent article also makes a brief reference about the group Shell to Sea, whom the Wise Up Journal article on the Criminal Justice Act 2009 last year said could be targeted under this act. Shell to Sea disagree with the dangerous Shell gas pipelines and Ireland’s gas given to Shell with 0% of the proceeds for nation of Ireland.
Although it should shock everyone that the Gardai have the audacity to say anyone who protests after the budget in December are not protesting but at a recruitment centre for terrorists, there is nothing new in it, they are basically copies. These laws have been put into place globally and gradually for the past couple of years.
If you look across the Atlantic to the United States of America, the Department of Homeland Security, released their own list of what they taught a terrorist is. Far from what most people would think could constitute a terrorist the list includes people who are against paying income taxes and people who are against abortion.
The Washington Times May 2009:
“WASHINGTON — The same Homeland Security Department office that categorized veterans as potential terrorists issued an earlier report that defined dozens of ‘extremists’ ranging from black power activists to abortion foes. The report was nixed within hours and recalled from state and local law enforcement officials.
“Whites and blacks, Christians and Jews, Cubans and Mexicans, along with tax-hating Americans were among several political leanings listed in the ‘Domestic Extremism Lexicon’ that came out of the Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) in late March.
“The lexicon lists definitions for key terms and phrases used by Homeland Security analysts ‘that addresses the nature and scope of the threat that domestic, non-Islamic extremism poses to the United States,’ the report said.
“Rep. Peter T. King, New York Republican and ranking member of the House Homeland Security Committee, said the report ‘causes further concern that Congress needs to get to the bottom of exactly how DHS determines what intelligence products to distribute to law enforcement officials around the country.’
“ ‘Although we have evidence that some of the groups described in this and other DHS intelligence products are an active terror threat to our nation, I would be interested in knowing why this lexicon mentioning left-wing extremist groups was deemed inappropriate by DHS and recalled, yet a similar report focusing on veterans, antiabortion activists and anti-illegal immigration activists was fit for distribution and sent out by DHS to law enforcement agencies across the country,’ Mr. King said.
“The 11-page lexicon document lists terms from A through W, beginning with ‘aboveground,’ which is defined as extremist groups or people who ‘operate overtly and portray themselves as law-abiding,’ and ending with ‘white supremacist movement.’ The listing notes six categories of white supremacists: Neo-Nazi, Ku Klux Klan, Christian identity, racist skinhead, Nordic mysticism and Aryan prison gangs.
“A ‘left-wing extremist’ is described as someone who opposes war or is dedicated to environmental and animal rights causes, while a ‘right-wing extremist’ is someone who is against abortion or for border enforcement.
“The same ‘right-wing’ definition appeared in a report last month that prompted an outcry in the veterans community for also suggesting that veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars were targets for extremist groups to recruit for attacks against the U.S.”
These are just a few examples of many that could be given, but it should be clear at this stage that just because the authorities claim to do everything for the people’s interests and are only there to serve the people, it is just not true.
Know how to defend yourself if you do happen to be involved in a peaceful protest, particularly in Ireland given the Criminal Justice Act 2009.
With police openly admitting to infiltrating groups and undercover police been caught on tape starting violent riots you should make sure to stay close to the people you trust, who you know will not get involved in any act that could be deemed in any way to be not peaceful.
Given that Gardai are saying terrorists are at every protest trying to recruit people and they will be trying to find such individuals you should be very aware of the people you come into contact with. If they say anything or do anything that could in any way be considered criminal distance yourself immediately from such words or actions and inform your friends and organisers of those people, they could even be paid informants.
It would be very advisable to bring recording equipment. If someone tries anything criminal whether it is a protester, undercover Gardai, a paid group infiltrator, or an enforcer of the State you would be on better legal ground if the incident was on tape to clear your self of any false claims made against you, your friends or family.
